Water, water everywhere. Stormy Weather weekend was exactly that, and by Monday roads were closed, cars were stranded, mud was sliding and trees were dropping as rivers rose. Today there was a small reprieve from the storms of the past six days. The madness and rushing of the winds and water had calmed, and, again, the Cannon Beach Library proved a little sanctuary.
