A Night in Astoria

Just a reminder--Valentine's Day is this week. This was clear in Astoria last night as a few of us visited for the 2nd Saturday Art Walk and dinner at Tom and Marga's. Lunar Boy Gallery, always a treat, was decked in hearts and devil ducks and night lights. La Di Dog reminded us that four-legged friends need love, too--and a faux fur collar and brooch couldn't hurt.
The "host and hostess with the mostest" served up another fabulous meal with Tom's homemade sourdough bread for dipping and finished with Valentine favorites champagne and chocolate. Good friends, festive shops, good food, lively conversation, lots of love to go around.
