There’s something about this photo that I like.  I took it today, and it’s dark, but it was a dark day.  I wasn’t feeling particularly moody.  There’s a coldness and yet a coziness about the scene that reminds me of Dickens.

 Over the past few weeks I’ve shot many photos and subjects to post here, but other things happen and take me away.  You may see some of the shots yet, though.  Life is up and down, stop and start, zig and zag still—for this whole year! 

Today I had to go through St. Clairsville, the Belmont County seat.  This is Main Street at 4:00.  I sometimes go to the library across from the courthouse (large building looming on the left.)

I can’t believe it’s December.
