I was back at Barkcamp Sunday shooting some illustrations for an upcoming feature story.  Though there was evidence of other cars, at least, having been at the park, I only saw the ranger and one other person (in their respective cars) while I was there.

The park was quiet, but it was snowing lightly, and the wind was bone-chilling.  The three dreadful words I never wanted to hear again now pervade every forecast:  wind chill factor.  Last night the temp dropped down to 15 degrees, but by the weekend they are supposed to reach the mid-50’s.  This is cold and flu season.  The body can’t keep up with the temp rollercoaster.
