Brrr. Don’t let the grass fool you.  Those are bands of lake affect clouds (even down here) sweeping through on a cold northwest wind. The air temp was in the 30’s—not so bad—but the wind chill factor froze my fingers in the 15 minutes or so that I was out.  Today’s weather is similar, if not so dramatic.  We’re supposed to get some snow tomorrow and Friday.
