Here it comes: The End of Summer--but Barnesville does it up right with a “Back to School by Way of the Pool” Party. Sponsored by the school district’s Title I program and the PTO, families are invited for a last hurrah at the park pool where a DJ is blasting tunes and calling out door prize winners. Organizations like the scouts, the soccer team and health programs set up info tables poolside and hand out school supplies to visitors. This was a great turnout on a beautiful evening. Everyone was laughing, talking, jumping and splashing.
